Refunds are only considered for unused driving lesson services, as our instruction is delivered in-person and tailored to individual learners.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You have purchased a lesson package but have not yet attended any scheduled driving lessons
• You need to cancel a lesson package at least 48 hours before your first scheduled lesson
• There is a genuine inability to attend lessons due to unforeseen circumstances (supporting information may be requested)

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Lessons that have already been attended or completed
• Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours before a scheduled lesson)
• No-shows for scheduled driving lessons
• Lesson packages that have expired (in line with the booking terms agreed at purchase)
• Changes to personal circumstances after lessons have commenced

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but we aim to complete all refunds within 7-10 working days of approval.

No additional fees will be deducted from approved refunds.
