2. Service Description

DRIVE GREEN ACADEMY LTD provides professional, in-person driving tuition delivered by DVSA-approved instructors. Services include structured driving lessons, skill development sessions, test preparation support, and practical on-road training.

All instruction is delivered in line with UK road safety standards and best practice guidelines. We do not offer guaranteed outcomes regarding test results or licensing approval.

3. Bookings & Scheduling

Lesson bookings are confirmed once payment has been processed and a confirmation has been issued. We reserve the right to reschedule lessons where necessary due to instructor availability, vehicle maintenance, or safety-related conditions.

• Customers must provide accurate personal and contact information at the time of booking.
• Lesson times are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferred schedules where possible.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers wishing to cancel or reschedule a lesson must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the arranged time. Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be marked as attended.

No-shows for scheduled lessons will be counted as a completed session and are non-recoverable or non-transferable under standard booking terms.

5. Learner Responsibilities

All customers using our driving tuition services are expected to:

• Arrive at lessons on time and prepared for instruction.
• Follow all instructions provided by the assigned DVSA-approved instructor.

6. Payment & Pricing

All service packages and lesson fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of tuition. Prices are clearly displayed on our website and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Payments are processed securely via approved third-party payment providers. All transactions are final except in cases covered by our published refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

DRIVE GREEN ACADEMY LTD provides professional driving instruction for educational and skill-building purposes only. We do not accept liability for individual performance during official driving tests or independent driving practice.
